Felix Schwabenland Managing director | CEO
After completing his training as an industrial mechanic with a focus on device and precision engineering, Felix Schwabenland gained valuable initial experience in linear technology. The completion of a part-time further education program to become a Certified Metal Master (IHK) opened up a new chapter in his professional career. As a 2D/3D CAD tool designer in the field of high-end precision stamping tool manufacturing, he was able to unleash his technical talent and creativity fully.
Through another part-time further education program to become a Technical Business Manager (IHK), Felix Schwabenland deepened his knowledge in sales and design, enabling him to effectively apply his skills in a variety of projects. With more than 16 years of experience in linear technology and high-end precision stamping tool manufacturing, he eventually co-founded TF-Präzision GmbH with Tim Auerbach. The company aims to leverage the extensive expertise and excellent network of its founders to provide a sustainable competitive advantage to the entire European linear technology industry.

After completing his training as a mechatronics technician, Tim Auerbach gained valuable practical experience in linear technology as a service technician, working throughout Europe. Following this, he successfully completed a part-time further education program to become a Certified Mechatronics Master (IHK), which led him to take on the team leadership in the sales of linear technology. He then deepened his expertise with an additional qualification as a Technical Business Manager (IHK), building on his professional experience, and took over the sales management for a renowned linear technology manufacturer in Switzerland.
With over 10 years of experience and an extensive network in linear technology, he co-founded TF-Präzision GmbH with his business partner, Felix Schwabenland. Together, they aim to leverage their combined expertise and valuable connections to develop innovative solutions for customers and provide a significant advantage to the European linear technology industry.
